The Thrower’s Ten exercise program is designed to work out the major muscles necessary for throwing. The movements in the program are assigned to improve the strength, power and endurance of the entire shoulder complex and other connected arm and core musculature. The goal of this program is to provide an organized and convenient exercise plan to be performed both in-season and out-of-season to help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Check out our educational video of EXCEL Ramsey Clinic Director, Debbie Dieter-Barker, PT, DPT, presenting the Thrower’s Ten Exercise program with some of her expert tips and tricks for getting the most out of these movements.
