Meet Your Director
EXCEL Waldwick Clinic Director Lauren graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Sciences with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a B.S. in Health Science. While at U Sciences, Lauren was a member of the Women’s Basketball team, earning multiple all-conference honors for academic achievements. Lauren developed an interest in physical therapy after suffering a knee injury during high school basketball that required an ACL reconstructive surgery. During her rehab, Lauren realized a career in physical therapy would combine her love for learning and passion for helping people.
Lauren enjoys treating patients of all ages and injuries, but she is particularly interested in treating young females with post-op injuries. Due to her own adolescent injury, she understands not only the physical, but also the emotional and psychological challenges that can accompany an injury. This unique perspective allows her to connect with patients and treat their injuries on a more global level.
