Irm “Billy” Choudhary, PT, DPT is a orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist based in Montvale, NJ, originally from New City, NY. Billy began her career in economics and corporate finance after earning her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees from the University of Amsterdam. However, when her son was diagnosed with severe autism, everything changed. Inspired by the physical therapists who supported his development, Billy decided to pursue a new path.

She completed her physical therapy prerequisites at Mercy University in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and went on to her Doctor of Physical Therapy from NOVA Southeastern University in Florida.

Billy is currently completing a residency in Pelvic Health. She treats a range of pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions. Her clinical interests include prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and post-surgical recovery. She is actively pursuing advanced training through Herman & Wallace and working toward her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification.

As a mother of three, Billy brings empathy, understanding, and real-life experience to her patient care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling and volunteering with special needs communities.
