Over the past few months, we have retooled our clinical operations to ensure that we’re able to provide continued care to our patients in a safe, comfortable environment. Serving You, Wherever You’re Comfortable
In an effort to provide enhanced convenience and comfort to our patients, we have expanded our services to include both in-person and online physical therapy care–as well as a hybrid of both.
- In-Person. As always, our first priority is our patients’ health and safety. We are open and treating patients in our clinics, with the support of dedicated cleaning and sanitation personnel following CDC recommendations.
- Online. Both new and existing patients can work with an EXCEL physical therapists through a home-based, video platform that incorporates live streaming, exercise assignments, and compliance monitoring.
Protecting Our Patients
Please rest assured that every EXCEL office is taking every possible precaution to protect your health, including following CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, sanitation, and social distancing. Our clinics are staffed with Physical Therapists, Rehab Techs, and Safety Technicians. These Safety Technicians will provide continuous cleaning and sanitizing of the facility. We are also screening each individual who walks in the door for possible COVID-19 symptoms and exposure with contactless temperature checks and a questionnaire.
