As our local communities continue to grapple with the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we’d like to highlight the measures that we’re taking to protect our patients and staff. All patients entering our clinics will be screened for possible symptoms and risk factors, and re-screened upon each subsequent visit. We ask that all patients wash or sanitize their hands prior to entering the gym or treatment area. Hand sanitizer and/or soap will be provided in every office.
Additionally, we are following the CDC’s guidelines to prevent the transmission of respiratory diseases like COVID-19 and have stepped up our already stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols. During physical therapy appointments, patients will see employees sanitizing treatment tables, wiping down surfaces, and replacing linens.
We’ve asked employees to be especially cognizant of any potential symptoms or exposure. In addition, we are practicing social distancing within our clinics whenever possible. Private treatment rooms are available upon request.
