Sabrina discovered her passion for physical therapy as a patient. As a soccer and volleyball player, she was in physical therapy several times for knee-related issues including an ACL reconstruction and concussion recovery. Her first experience with physical therapy was at Excel Physical Therapy in Old Tappan.

Sabrina graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s of science in cellular and molecular biology and a master’s degree in art history. Sabrina earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University and received the Elizabeth C. Adoms award for academic and clinical excellence.

While attending NYU, Sabrina became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a certified Rock Steady Boxing Clinician offering boxing training to slow the progression of Parkinson’s Disease. She completed several clinical observations during her time in physical therapy school and has experience with vestibular care, lymphedema care, acute care, and neurological care. Though her primary passion is orthopedic physical therapy, Sabrina also enjoys vestibular care, lymphedema management, geriatric care, and neurological care.

Sabrina strives to provide individualized and holistic care and enjoys building lasting relationships with all of her patients. She aspires to receive her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification in the near future. In her free time Sabrina enjoys cooking, board games, golfing, pickleball, and spending time with her family.
