What are your hours?
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Saturday Morning hours may be available at times. Please inquire with our receptionist if you are interested in Saturday morning appointments

How long are the appointments?
The first appointment includes the initial evaluation and the first treatment and is about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Subsequent visits are approximately 1 hour.

What do you charge per visit, and what will I have to pay?
The cost of each visit is based upon the type of treatment required for your condition. Patients are responsible for any deductible and/or co-insurance/co-payment. Our front office staff will be happy to call your insurance company to find out what your responsibility may be.

Will I have a different therapist each time?
No. We feel that it is very important that each patient remains in the care of only one individual physical therapist. This insures excellent continuity of care, as well as detailed knowledge of a patient's history and progress. If a scheduling conflict arises, the patient will be given the option to receive treatments under the care of a different therapist within our office.

How do I know when my prescription expires?
Obtaining a prescription for physical therapy is ultimately the patient's responsibility and is valid from the date it is written. We try to assist our patients by reminding them when they will need new prescriptions.

Do you have any doctors on staff?
Although numerous physicians confidently refer their patients to our facility for their rehabilitation needs, we are not directly affiliated with any physicians nor are there any physicians directly on site.

Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Each of our physical therapists is licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey, by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners. Each therapist's individual state licensure number can be viewed in our staff section on this web site.

What type of treatment will I receive?
All physical therapy treatments are carefully tailored to the individual needs of each patient. The specific treatments to be performed will be determined by the treating physical therapist at the time of your initial evaluation and will be modified appropriately as your condition progresses.

Do you have water therapy?
Although we have extremity whirlpools, which are used to treat injuries to the hand/wrist and foot/ankle, we do not have a pool for aquatic therapy.
