We submit to all Insurance companies. This includes Medicare, auto, work and school-related accident insurers, and out of network carriers such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, Aetna, United Health Care and Healthnet. Click here to see our growing list of insurance companies. Our office staff is happy to assist you by billing directly to your insurance company. You will be responsible for only the deductible and co-insurance/co-payment, when applicable. Should you have a secondary carrier, let us know and we will submit to them also.
If you are unsure whether or not we are in network with your insurance company, please call our office for assistance at 201-488-0488.
Please note: Many insurance carriers now require physical therapy to be pre-authorized or pre-certified. We will handle all authorizations for our patients before starting treatment. In order to do this we ask that you provide us with your insurance information before scheduling your first appointment.
