Our Hackensack office, located in the middle of Bergen County, is our largest facility. It is a 9,000 square foot facility directly on Main Street in the center of Hackensack. This facility provides not only 4,500 square feet of dedicated area for physical therapy, but also has a separate 2,000 square foot dedicated area for PerforMAX Health & Fitness. The office offers plenty of parking, full locker room facilities including showers, as well as an area where our patients can get drinks such as a fruit or protein shake before heading home or back to work. Our Hackensack office also serves as the administrative center for EXCEL Orthopedic Rehabilitation and houses our billing and managerial offices. To get directions or contact information, Click here.
