Hackensack
Our Hackensack office, located in the middle of
Bergen County, is our largest facility. It is a
9,000 square foot facility directly on Main Street
in the center of Hackensack. This facility provides
not only 4,500 square feet of dedicated area for
physical therapy, but also has a separate 2,000
square foot dedicated area for PerforMAX Health & Fitness. The office offers plenty of parking, full
locker room facilities including showers, as well
as an area where our patients can get drinks such
as a fruit or protein shake before heading home
or back to work. Our Hackensack office also serves
as the administrative center for EXCEL Orthopedic
Rehabilitation and houses our billing and managerial

Fort Lee
Our Fort Lee office is our original location on
the eastern border of Bergen County. It totals
3,500 square feet and is conveniently located
near all major highways and close to the George
Washington Bridge. It serves as an easy location
for patients living in the nearby areas, as well
as for patients traveling into and out of New

Oakland
Our Oakland office is located on the western edge
of Bergen County and is bordered by the towns
of Wayne and Franklin Lakes. It totals 3,500 square
feet and is easily accessible from all roadways

Waldwick
Our Waldwick office is our newest office and is located on the northern end of Bergen County. Easily accessible from Route 17 and surrounding areas, it is situated next to Superdome Sports and is approximately 6,500 square feet in size. With 4,900 square feet designated for physical therapy, the remaining 1,600 square feet of space is dedicated for the 2nd location of PerforMAX Health & Fitness.
