New York Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes came to Excel in the spring of 2011
for rehabilitation following surgery to both feet for injuries suffered during the
2010 season. After successfully completing physical therapy, he was able to
return for the start of the 2011 season. His year was capped off with a game
winning field goal in the NFC Championship game which propelled them to
yet another Super Bowl Title.
