Devils defenseman Mark Fraser suffered an unstable fracture to his hand early in the 2010 season which required surgery. Once his fracture healed and his cast was removed he came to EXCEL for the physical therapy needed to regain his motion and hockey specific strength and get him back on the ice with the rest of the team.
