Gary Flink, M.S.P.T. NJ PT license # QA0467 E-mail: gflink@exceltherapy.com Gary Flink is one of the two owners and directors of EXCEL Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors degree in 1986. He went on to attend physical therapy school at Long Island University, where he earned a second Bachelors degree, as well as a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and graduated with the highest honors Summa Cum Laude in 1989. In addition to his specialty in the treatment of injuries to the knee and shoulder, he is the director of the hand rehabilitation service at Excel. A competitive triathlete, Gary is a 4-time Ironman finisher, and has qualified twice for and completed the Ironman Triathlon World Championship held each year in Kona, Hawaii. Gary also enjoys fly fishing and the outdoors.     Matthew Gibble, P.T. NJ PT license # QA04480 E-mail: mgibble@exceltherapy.com Matthew Gibble is one of the two owners and directors of EXCEL Orthopedic Rehabilitation. After receiving his Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 1986, he went on to work at a sports medicine facility in New York City. There he was involved for three years with the New York Knicks, where he provided their long-term physical therapy, as well as their pre-season and pre-signing orthopedic evaluations. A competitive triathlete, Matt has successfully completed Ironman USA in Lake Placid, N.Y. three times! He also enjoys fishing and boating in his spare time.     Bryan DelRio, M.S.P.T. NJ PT license # QA 00982000 E-mail: bdelrio@exceltherapy.com Bryan is the clinic manager for our Oakland office and the regional manager for Excel. Bryan grew up in Fitchburg, MA and graduated from Springfield (MA) College in 2001 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He moved to New Jersey in the fall of 2001 and worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting before his desire to work in sports medicine led him to join EXCEL in the fall of 2002. Bryan has developed a particular interest in treating disorders of the shoulder and knee utilizing an exercise based approach, while incorporating necessary manual techniques. He spends his leisure time playing baseball, working out at the gym, and exploring New York City, not to mention rooting for his Yankees and Patriots.     Tom Labocki, D.P.T. NJ PT License # QA01101800 E-mail: tlabocki@exceltherapy.com Tom is the clinic manager for our Fort Lee office. Tom graduated from Seton Hall University in 2001 with a B.S. in Biology. During his senior year, he began graduate studies in Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While there, the program transitioned to a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), and Tom was a member of the first class to receive the DPT in the state. Rami graduated from The Cooper Union with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Biomechanical Engineering. While at Cooper, Rami was captain of the Varsity Basketball and Baseball teams. His knowledge of Biomechanics and passion for Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation led him to continue on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. At Columbia, Rami was president of his class, received the Mary E. Callaghan Award for academic excellence, and was selected as 1 of 11 national recipients of the APTA Mary McMillan Scholarship Award. During his free time, Rami enjoys coaching Cooper's basketball team, exercising, playing sports, and rooting for the Yankees, Jets, Knicks, Nets, and Rangers.   Raymond Fung, MSPT NJ PT License # 40QA01332900 Ray graduated from the University of Connecticut's integrated Bachelors/Masters Program in Physical Therapy. He started his career in the Boston area but then later re-located to New Jersey and began working at Excel. Away from work, Ray is an avid tennis fan, enjoys playing golf and volleyball, and loves traveling with family and friends.   Annie Greenberg, DPT NJ PT license # 40QA01293300 Annie graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey with a doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to UMDNJ, she was a student at The Pennsylvania State University and earned a B.S. in life science.  In her free time, Annie enjoys traveling, cooking, playing piano, and spending time with family and friends, in addition to playing volleyball and cheering on the New York Yankees and Penn State Nittany Lions football team.     Nicholas Jovic, DPT NJ PT license # 40QA01275000 Nicholas graduated with his Masters and Doctorate degrees from Ithaca College. While completing his undergraduate studies he worked as part of the EXCEL team as a physical therapy aide. Outside of working Nick loves playing sports, spending time with his family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors.     Lauren Kressaty, DPT NJ PT license # QA01320500 Lauren graduated with honors, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USP) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health Science. She received several awards for her academic and professional accomplishments. While at USP, Lauren was a member of many organizations, including the Women’s Basketball Team, the Physical Therapy Club, and two National Honor Societies. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with her A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistance and a B.S. in Kinesiology. Adrienne incorporates her years of clinical experience, along with her enthusiasm and passion to help others, to promote EXCEL and its unmatched and unique approach to providing quality care. In addition to her position at Excel, she is also an adjunct professor for the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Bergen Community College.     Elizabeth Murray Senior Accounts Manager Email:emurray@exceltherapy.com Elizabeth began working at EXCEL in January, 2001 as a part-time secretary/receptionist, and the following June began full-time employment. In January, 2002 she joined the billing department, and is now our Billing Administrative Manager. Elizabeth graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Psychology. She is continuing her studies to become a CPA.     Louis Roman Louis joined our staff as a physical therapy aide in December of 2000. Louis is now the supervisor for all physical therapy aides where his responsibilities include training our other aides as well as looking out for the safety of our gym. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from William Patterson University in 2001. When he is not at work he enjoys hiking, camping, and visiting the museums and parks of Manhattan.     Lois Gudeon Sloan Insurance Administrator Email: lgsloan@exceltherapy.com Lois joined our staff in December, 2001 as a member of our billing department, and is now our Insurance Administrator. She is a graduate of Columbia University, and worked as a dental hygienist in private practice for many years. She later changed careers and entered the personnel field, eventually becoming an owner/partner in a successful personnel recruitment firm. She now combines her familiarity with health care and her strong interpersonal skills as a proud member of the EXCEL team.
